Job Description
- Handle end-to-end international air export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Key Requirements
- Air export experience beneficial but not required
- Degree in relevant field is beneficial
- Experience handling pharmaceutical cargo beneficial
- Experienced in CargoWise beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
