Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator is integral to the overall functioning of the Marketing Department, actively contributing to various facets. Responsibilities include executing digital marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness in key verticals, increase online traffic, and generate qualified leads. Additionally, the role focuses on fostering engagement and education with prospective buyers through events and online platforms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential as well as the analysis of performance metrics to fine-tune and optimize marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing and Community Engagement:

  • Help develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Create captivating and persuasive content for digital platforms, ensuring it resonates with and retains the target audience.
  • Monitor and actively engage with the community on various social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
  • Foster positive interactions and build relationships with the community through authentic and timely communication.
  • Support content creation efforts by contributing ideas, feedback, and collaborating with content creators to ensure community relevance.
  • Share community-generated content and user stories to amplify the community's voice.
  • Assist in developing and executing an influencer marketing strategy including creative content, research, and analytics.

Event Marketing:

  • Assist in crafting and executing detailed event plans, taking into account goals, budget limitations, and timelines.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of events, including team staffing, catering, transportation, audio-visual requirements, and other necessary arrangements.
  • Support on-site event execution, managing staff, vendors, and any unforeseen issues that may arise.
  • Ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly, troubleshoot problems, and make real-time decisions to guarantee a successful event.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and strategies to promote events effectively.
  • Utilize various channels, including social media and email, to increase event awareness and attendance.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote products or services.
  • Segment email lists for targeted communication and analyze performance metrics.
  • A/B test email campaigns to optimize open and click-through rates.

Website and SEO:

  • Craft engaging and persuasive copy for landing pages that effectively communicates the value proposition and encourages user action.
  • Write blog posts that provide valuable information, tell compelling stories, and resonate with the target audience.
  • Implement effective calls-to-action (CTAs) in blog posts and landing pages to encourage user engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, monitor search engine rankings, and collaborate with the team to optimize website content for search engines (SEO).

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong organizational abilities to support multiple events simultaneously, coordinating various details and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar marketing automation platform
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
