We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various retail tasks. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating totals
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, particularly in English and [language]
