Fresh is not your typical consulting firm, we’re small, but mighty, nimble like ninjas! We are looking to expand our team! This role will support various Workday HCM projects which can include: front-end implementation support, follow-on functional roll-outs and post-production support. Does the opportunity to join the Fresh Family pique your interest? If yes, please read on!~

What will you be doing?

  • Provide day-to-day post go-live support and administration for Workday HCM products such as Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, Security, Reporting (and Integrations if you’re techy)!
  • Attend design sessions and provide practical experience and examples to clients embarking on their Workday journey
  • Identify, prototype and implement changes to current processes within Workday to make them sing!
  • Partner with client-side HR teams to execute large-scale changes such as an acquisition or a full-on redesign of a functional area
  • Help clients with testing including test case development, support with test execution and management of the overall testing process
  • Support clients with their Workday Release process
  • Teach our clients how to fish, whether that means hosting a knowledge transfer session or documenting configuration steps, help them feel comfortable with what is being put in and provide them the tools to support it ongoing

The formal stuff:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, in business or related degree preferred, or 5 years’ directly related experience supporting HRIS technology
  • Experience: 2 years’ experience as System Administrator for HRIS technology, Workday experience strongly preferred
  • Travel*: There will be travel for firm-level gatherings and celebrations as well as the potential for travel related to large client efforts (ie: kick-offs, design sessions, etc.). We understand that some employees may want to travel or be limited in their ability to travel. We do our best to staff accordingly when possible.
  • Officing: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this role will start as a work from home position and will require a designated work space in home. In the future, this role may transition to a hybrid or full time office setting. We don’t know when/if this will happen or what this will look like yet, but want to be fully transparent of the possibility.

*While some travel is required for this role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.
