As a Data Entry Clerk at TMZ Events, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of our events, attendees, and other pertinent information.

Your attention to detail and efficiency will contribute to the smooth operation of our events and support our overall success.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms accurately and efficiently.
• Verify the accuracy of data entries and correct any errors or discrepancies as needed.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files in a systematic and orderly manner.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry and management.
• Adhere to confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive information.
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus and accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
