Summary:
The business intelligence analyst will join our analytics team, where we are advancing a customer focused data strategy through the development of our marketing technology stack as well as the build out of an analytics program that will lead both a capability and cultural change of being data driven with measurable business benefits.
As a business intelligence analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging business data into actionable insights. You will be working with the analytics team to mine and clean data, develop dashboards for both marketing and finance, and report back on your findings and solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have a strong technical background in SQL, Python, and Visualization software (Power BI preferred), as well as strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively explain strategies to non-technical and technical audiences alike.
All employees are responsible to follow all of Nutrition Corp. protocols of Food Safety.
Essential Functions:
- Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data
- Engineer data pipelines to automate data procurement and processing methods
- Build dashboards in Power BI that clearly convey the performance of our media channels and impact on overall company KPIs
- Continuously improve performance and reliability of automated dashboards
- Recommend additional options for analysis to enhance reporting
- Undertake ad hoc requests by synthesizing and analyzing datasets from disparate sources
- Participate and help oversee in the migration of billing and customer data to both the data lake and CRM
- Assist the marketing team as needed by providing customer data for advanced segmentation and targeting initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, including but not limited to mathematics, statistics, business intelligence/analytics
- Demonstrated 2 years of experience in an analytics type role
- 1 years of experience using Python
- 1 years of experience using SQL
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Proven experience with programming for data analysis
- Firm understanding of statistics and databases
- Experience building dashboards to present actionable insights with a modern visualization tool such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc. (Power BI is preferred)
- Great verbal, written, and visual communication skills for data storytelling
- Experience in digital marketing at an e-commerce company is a BIG plus

This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday-Friday.
