GENERAL SUMMARY
The Receiver/Driver will be responsible to maintain production and distribution of product by pulling production materials from inventory, delivering production material and supplies to the appropriate team leader, supervisor, or manager. They will be responsible to operate a truck in all types of weather, while safely transporting non-hazardous materials; and safely walk, reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat & kneel as necessary to perform the job duties. Move products in the production facility & warehouse, including finding materials on the shelves, wrapping them, and putting them on a delivery truck, or pulling material off the truck and putting them in the proper shelf spot.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Candidates must have a good driving record and warehousing/fork truck experience.
- Safely operate truck, forklift and warehouse equipment. Ability to interface with and use computer, scanner and shipping software.
- Able to work a flexible schedule and as many as 12 hours in a day, including any of the shifts (day, evening, night and weekend).
- Expected to operate the truck in compliance with all state and federal safety and administrative requirements.
- Perform vehicle inspections required by the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations.
- Operate and maintain records in accordance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR), Department of Transportation (DOT) and company policies as required.
- Unload EVA WIP trucks
- Review and confirm incoming paperwork, prior to moving materials to rack positions:
- Confirm correct product and correct number of boxes are on each pallet/ shipment
- Spot checking on a minimum of 5 boxes per pallet
- Fully complete all appropriate paperwork for receiving and deliver to Supply Chain Coordinator
- Keeping appropriate shelves stocked
- Coordinating with team leaders daily to communicate and resolve and issues / challenges encountered in work area
- Consolidating boxes on lower levels or racks
- Maintain a clean and organized EVA area
- Operates pallet jacks and forklifts as and when needed
- Ensures appropriate incoming and outgoing materials are labeled properly with appropriate dates
- Packs the material appropriately before loading it for dispatching – dispatching priority orders first
- Keeps the WIP stock inventory updated
- Locates raw material and packed products in the warehouse as and when needed by inspecting teams
- Notifies the supervisor immediately if any (unusual) material deficit is visible from prior day
- Enters daily transactions in the related software
- Assembler’s crates for loading, using hand tools if needed.
- Maintains the workplace and warehouse in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or GED
- 1- year manufacturing experience
