Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Fulfill E-Commerce orders for online customers
- Locate product throughout store to fulfil orders which come in from online shopping channels
- Communicate directly with online customers via supplied mobile device, ensuring Fresh Thyme customer-centric goals are met
- Offer like item replacements for items not in stock
- Accurately record weighted items and prices, which may include entering information into mobile device and/or ringing items through registers
- Properly bag, package, care for, label and store product in temperature controlled areas
- Replenish supplies as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Work with a sense of urgency
- Comfort with IOS operating system
- Product knowledge and cashiering experience a plus
- Ability to adapt to the ever changing high volume retail while working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Must have the capacity to take initiative when problems arise.
- Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situations.
- Must have advanced attention to detail with the capability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for dealing cross functionally with peers and senior management.
