Assistant General Manager (AGM)

FreshFin Poké is changing the fast-casual dining experience, and we want you to be a part of it as the Assistant General Manager of our brand new Hilldale Mall shop!

Our Assistant General Managers help oversee a full-service back of house operation, as well as an upscale fast-casual front of house model.

Pay range: $22-24/hour including guaranteed tips

Who You Are

• You are energized by getting out from behind a computer screen and interacting with the team and your customers, and you spend the majority of your time doing just that.

• You recognize that the administrative aspects of your role are important to maintaining the financial health of your shop and assist with things like staff scheduling, purchasing, receiving deliveries, and monitoring inventory levels to minimize food waste and optimize food cost.

• You are uncompromising when it comes to food quality and ensure it by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, storage, and sanitation of food products while creating customer-ready meals.

• You are a self-starter and proactively identify and implement operational opportunities to build sales and control costs.

• You are an aspiring leader of people and foster open communication between back of house and front of house teams by closely observing operations and addressing any issues fairly and consistently.

• You aren’t afraid to get deep in the dish pit or help slice Tuna. You lead by example, and you don’t ask Crew Members to do anything you wouldn’t do yourself.

• Above all else, you are laser-focused on providing a memorable dining experience to our guests that makes them want to return to our shops again and again!

• You have at least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role.
