In this position you will manage contract negotiations, perform analysis of capital projects and investments, interface with development and service consultants, identify opportunities and sites for housing development (site selection, land acquisition and feasibility analysis) and analyze variety of complex technical documents including feasibility studies, cash flows, construction budgets, funding and grant applications. In addition, you will create strategies to support sustainability, rehabilitation and new construction projects. This opportunity involves procuring long-term resources including the evaluation of funding opportunities and structure of public/private funds as well as perform complex financial and statistical analyses of project expenditures.
The ideal candidate for this position has strong analytical and communication skills and collaborates well with project partners as well as team members. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in urban planning, business administration, real estate, finance or a related field and 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in supervision, general administration, affordable housing, real estate finance, and real property acquisitions. A combination of equivalent education and experience will be considered. This position also requires possession and maintenance a valid California Driver’s License.
