Responsibilities :
Supervision and Leadership :
- Lead and supervise a team of production employees during the 2nd shift.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure team members perform their duties effectively.
Production Oversight :
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of manufacturing tasks.
- Collaborate with the production planning team to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
Quality Control :
- Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality products.
- Conduct regular inspections and address any deviations from quality standards promptly.
Safety Compliance :
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety.
Process Improvement :
- Work closely with the continuous improvement team to implement best practices
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, with a preference for experience in injection molding or plastics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
