The Position

Friedman Vartolo LLP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our innovative team. You will collaborate closely with the Managing Partners to scope the vision of future products, aimed at revolutionizing the practice of law through workflow automation, machine learning and artificial intelligence. Unlike traditional Product Manager roles, our products will be used internally, allowing you to directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our team. Law is changing and we're looking for someone to help us be the catalyst for that change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and market demands.
• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on internal team needs, market research, and business objectives.
• Work closely with the managing partners to understand and shape the vision for future products.
• Gather and analyze feedback from internal users, conduct research, and use data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including post-launch monitoring and optimization.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of product management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!).
