SVP Restaurants QSR Operations

We are looking for a SVP Operations who can inspire, motivate, develop, and bring out the max potential in people. This person needs to have strong entrepreneur skills and want to learn and interact with all departments within the organization. This person will need to have a confident demeanor and be on offense rather than defense when dealing with executives. The owner really wants someone with a driven mindset who wants to learn and is curious. The owner wants someone who can achieve company goals through taking direction. This person will be leading the QSR department of the company.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as a barrier between the Founder/Principal and his immediate reporting team
• Drive founder’s ideas for restaurants, accounting, IT, and finance departments
• Deal with all department heads
• Proficiently implement & execute strategies approved by the owner
• Inspire, Motivate, & Develop people to bring out their maximum potential
• Understand all accounting functions and able to get accounting work done accurately and on time to create waterfalls/models, projections/assumptions.
• Able to read investor/private equity documents & create models, waterfalls, projections, and structures
• Assist with daily business, coordinate with all employees to ensure that all projects are on schedule
• Be able to execute all tasks asked of, or if not able to, then the ability to help assist with finding someone who can do the job to the highest standard
• Demonstrate executive level experience in strategic implementation & execution

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in restaurants required
• Experience in QSR with drive-thru required
• Excellent people skills
• Outstanding work ethic, initiative, and motivation
• Exceptional managerial skills
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively while balancing multiple demands, tasks, projects, meeting deadlines and requests within fast-paced environment and schedules
• Strategic thinker consistently demonstrating clear and concise written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty; the ability to adapt nimbly and lead others through complex situations
• Tremendous attention to detail and highly organized. We are looking for someone who takes extreme pride in having everything completely buttoned up.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Ability to travel
