What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver position at Friendly Senior Living?
Driver
Full Time | 9 am - 5 pm | Monday - Friday
** Pay rate between $15.96-20.08/hour ** (based on experience)

Requirements for a Cloverwood Driver:
- Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent.
- One (1) year driving experience.
- Must possess a valid New York State driver's license.
Responsibilities for a Cloverwood Driver:
- Drive and assist residents to and from appointments.
- Run errands for necessary company business.
- Assist Life Enrichment department with resident functions occurring outside the facility.
- Keep vehicle maintenance log current.
- Maintain trip logs for appropriate vehicles.
- Maintain all vehicles in good operating condition.
- Clean transportation vehicles.
- Add / cancel resident appointments to Outlook calendar.
- Adhere to driving appointment schedule.
- Ensure transportation functions are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Follow established procedures governing the use of labels and MSDSs.
- Ensure the facility vehicle is properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
- Report vehicle malfunctions or breakdowns to Life Enrichment Director as soon as possible.
