It Takes A Village Childcare Center, a branch of Friendship Village Retirement Community, provides childcare services 24 hrs / 365 days childcare to families throughout the Cedar Valley. As the Childcare Site Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting with managing the day-to-day operations of the child care center, including compliance with state and company rules and regulations; supervise children, staff, and activities in the program; and handles parent questions, concerns, and complaints.
Requirements:
- Associate degree (or higher) or a CDA
- Previous childcare experience
- Must be able to meet DHS experience and educational requirements for site supervisor
- Excellent communication skills
