The Marketing Manager provides direct support to the FringeArts Director of Marketing and Communications in executing all facets of the organization’s marketing plan. Responsibilities include website and app management, development of print and digital marketing collateral, audience surveys, and promotional outreach, and content development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage and update the FringeArts website and app
- Build and send FringeArts promotional emails and newsletters
- Manage marketing calendar for web updates, emails, print materials, and advertising
- With Marketing Director, assist in creation of promotional print materials—including Fringe Festival guide, festival-specific brochures, postcards, and merch—, collaborating with external graphic design team and print vendors
- Supervise data management and entry for Fringe Festival web, app, and ticketing bulk uploads.
- Create and manage surveys, show programs, inserts, and signage
- Manage ad sales for Fringe Festival Guide and App
- Research, create, and maintain communications with outside groups regarding strategic partnerships, list exchanges, outreach initiatives, and other cross-promotional work.
- Assist Marketing Director in processing vendor payment requests.
- Assist Marketing Director in planning and placing advertising campaigns
- Assist in creating original digital content, including podcasts, video, social media, and blog content.

Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Familiarity with current marketing trends, tools, and resources
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite software (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a plus
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- An interest in data analysis and reporting a plus
- Able to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, WordPress, and MailChimp preferred
- Passion for contemporary performing arts a plus

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
