POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Friske Brand Representative with a specialization in marketing and events, you will often be “the face” of our brand, responsible for promoting our products and engaging with our target audience in the digital as well as the real world. You'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, as well as planning and executing events. Growing brand awareness and loyalty as well as increasing our reach and bolstering sales will be a huge part of your role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Study/research current trends and execute creative marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products across various channels, including all social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, to engage our audience and drive brand visibility.
- Plan and coordinate events such as product launches, pop-up shops, and experiential activations to foster meaningful connections with consumers and enhance brand affinity.
- Represent the brand at events and conduct social engagement surveys, delivering engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and values.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media partners, and industry stakeholders to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and event performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns and initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in marketing and event planning, with a strong understanding of brand management principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate our brand's story and value proposition effectively.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling, capable of developing engaging content and capturing experiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a passion for building relationships and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required for events
