Fritz Staffing Group is currently hiring for Ironworker Foreman! OSHA 10 is required to get on site.
Job Description:
We are currently assisting in helping our customer build a Batch House for a Glass Factory in McGregor, TX. The job is slated to be 4-5 months, working 60-70 hours a week, and $100/day per diem if you meet the following criteria:
- You have completed your required work shift (ex. You are working 6 10’s, and hours at end of work week are 60)
The customer requirements are that the employee is trained in Lock Out Tag Out, Fall Protection, Forklift, and Motorized Platforms (Aerial Lift). If you have them certifications great, if not we will train you before you get on site.
Job Requirements/Description:
You will be assisting the Superintendent in a more of an administrative role on site in helping with paperwork every day, lift & Crane inspections, inspecting tools and equipment, making sure the job is going smoothly, making sure the employees are acting in a safe and efficient manner, as well as checking the work as it is produced and ensuring that it is 100% correct.
Qualifications
- OSHA 10 or 30
- LOTO Certification
- Fall Protection Certification
- Forklift Certification
- Motorized Platform (Aerial Lift) Certification
- 10 years in Ironwork trade
- Ability to take direction from superintendent.
- Ability to work with/coach Journeyman and Apprentices at jobsite
Salary : $33 - $37
