Job Overview:
Fritz Staffing Group is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee our Franklinville, NJ office. This individual will be the key player in the company's strategic development and must have experience in managing a Business Development team. They must have success in sales, identifying prospective clients, taking job orders, and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients. Will also over see operations of Payroll, HR and Accounts Receivable.

Fritz Staffing Group is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee our Franklinville, NJ office. This individual will be the key player in the company's strategic development and must have experience in managing a Business Development team. They must have success in sales, identifying prospective clients, taking job orders, and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients. Will also over see operations of Payroll, HR and Accounts Receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all office staff which includes recruiters, account managers, payroll, accounts receivable.
- Mentor existing Account Managers and teach strategies.
- Great Communication Skills
- Communicating with Team Members
- Communicating Action Plans
- Communicating Weekly Summaries to Members
- Connect with potential clients using networking, cold calling, emailing, etc.
- Meeting and identifying client's needs and demands.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with the new and prospective clients.
- Performing administrative duties when required.
- Perform other related job duties or responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements and skills:
- Bringing in different revenue streams.
- A proven track record of acquiring new clients.
- Eliminating unnecessary overhead expenses.
- Extensive business to business sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude.
- Strong analytical and organization skills.
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and sales skills.
- An ability to think creatively.
- Knowledge of the construction field is desired.
