Fronius USA is looking for an Entry-Level candidate to come and join our team as a Technical Support Agent! In this role, you will handle phone and email support requests from our clients and will be responsible for guiding customers through the process of achieving their goal with the Fronius equipment. You will also be responsible for communicating with the appropriate internal teams to properly handoff unresolved issues to maximize customer satisfaction.

As a top tier candidate, you have some electrical knowledge and welding knowledge. Don’t have any of these specialties? No problem! Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Ability to demonstrate leadership skills and take ownership of reported customer issues
- Commitment, Focus, and follow through to see problems through until resolution
- Strong computer skills
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide support to callers
- Answer incoming Emails, gather information, and provide correction actions to resolve issues
- Use information from customers to diagnose issues, and guiding the customer through corrective actions
- Provides information to prospect customers on Fronius welding technology
- Maintain technical support documentation through CRM and SharePoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to prepare accurate, clear, and prompt feedback to customers
- Ability to follow standard procedure to properly handoff unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Skills & Qualifications
- Aptitude for problem solving
- Help desk experience is a plus
- Basic electrical knowledge and/or welding experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Focused on customer service
- Ability to focus and follow through to resolution
- Ability to diffuse tension and resolve the issue at hand
- Working knowledge of windows systems and utilities.
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Possess a valid passport, or has the ability to obtain and pay for a valid passport
