Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all daily accounting functions and operations, ensuring efficiency in resident inquiries & billing, accounts payable, accounts accounts receivable. They will also serve as the campus information systems liaison with the home office accounting department, as well as supervise front desk reception and business office staff.
Responsibilities:
Provide quality customer service efficiently to residents and their families.
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures
- Supervise office staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Handle budgeting and financial tasks, including monthly statements
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Manage schedules and deadlines through calendar management
- Maintain filing systems and ensure protection of confidential company information
- Uphold a professional office environment by implementing and enforcing office policies
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication with professionalism
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university; or 1-2 years of proven related experience in business office management or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of Assisted Living Waiver Program is preferred.
