Qualifications and Skills :

• Previous CAD or bidding / estimate experience (preferred but not required).
• Be able to read or willing to learn Computer Assisted Drawings (CADs), template paperwork and original purchase orders.
• Able to communicate effectively communicate across the organization with customers, employees, leadership, and suppliers / vendors.
• High attention to detail Physical Requirements : The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands : occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and / or pulling, and significant fine finger dexterity.

Generally, the job requires 85% sitting, 10% walking, and 5% standing. Work Environment : This job operates in a professional office environment.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Summary : To assist in pricing and reconciliation of quotes and purchase orders. Successful candidate will have a sleeves up, can do attitude who will see a solution in every problem with a high attention of detail. Responsibilities :

• Review and respond with timely and accurate cost quotes for customer jobs.
• Calculate job cost changes that occur throughout the Template Appointment.
• Audit additional charges and ensure payments are accurate and received prior to both production & installation.
• Review order and quote with customer to finalize purchase.
• Willing and eagerness to learn the countertop industry through a positive can do attitude.
• Other tasks to support the broader team as assigned by Manager
