Server and Bartender

Now hiring bartenders and servers! We are a family owned sports bar with amazing food, and a great work environment. Family atmosphere, earlier closing times, and flexible schedule. Experience a plus, but not required, just a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Duties:

• Promptly greet guests with a warm welcome and provide them menus.
• Learn the menus and be aware of our specials, promotions, game days/times, fight nights, events, etc. so that you can inform customers, invite them back, and answer inquiries.
• Communicate with customers to promote specials and offer menu suggestions.
• Obtain the customer's order and enter it into the POS system.
• Ensure accuracy of food and drink orders and quickly serve to customers.
• Check-in with customers to ensure they are delighted with their food, drink, and experience and address any concerns.
• Check ids for gaming and alcoholic drinks to ensure the customers are 21 .
• Have an aptitude for driving sales through cultivation of new guests and retention of current customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and restaurant area according to restaurant specifications.
• Prep and stock bar (e.g. alcohol, juices, fruit, and other supplies). Refill ice bins.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers using our restaurant recipes and procedures.
• Perform correct money transactions and make correct change utilizing the POS system.
• Perform a staff bank opening and closeout in the POS.
• Reconcile daily bar inventories with bar cash received totals.
• Assist fellow employees with their workload as needed.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

Hours of Operation:

Sunday - Thursday 11 AM - 10 AM

Friday - Saturday 11 AM - 12 AM

Other Requirements:

• Servers (Age: 18 )/Bartenders (Age: 21 )
• Must be able to work some weekend shifts.
• Experience with Aldelo POS and BASSET certified is a plus. Must be able to obtain BASSET certification within 30 days of employment.

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
