Maintenance Technician job responsibilities for manufacturing plant operations include:
Service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial components such as motors, variable AC drives, PLCs, servos, sensors, and switches.
Service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial pneumatic system components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, and solenoids.
Perform tool offset corrections and position adjustments on multi-axis automated CNC equipment.
Maintain required repair and work logs.
Prioritize repairs to meet efficiencies and the needs of the production plant.
Provide routine preventative upkeep on manufacturing equipment and work with production personnel to maintain and improve quality.
Perform some fabrication work.
Work with Production personnel to maintain and improve quality.
Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment.
Requirements
At least five (5) years of maintenance experience required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Must be able to work any required schedule needed for the facility needs.
Certification from college or technical school preferred but not required. As demonstrable experience may be accepted in lieu of credentials.
Working knowledge of electrical, electronic controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, cutting, welding, fabrication, and tooling.
Must be able to read and follow blueprints and schematics.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment in all the aforementioned areas.
Heavy lifting may be required. Ability to lift and carry over 50 pounds alone, up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Working knowledge of electrical, electronic controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, cutting, welding, fabrication, and tooling.
Computer literacy with ability to learn new computer software programs.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Shift
Monday-Friday
9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Some overtime and weekends as needed.
Ability to work 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. during training period.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
