Frontier School of Innovation Elementary is seeking a highly qualified Character Education Teacher for Grades K-3 for the 2022-2023 school year.
Required Qualification:
- Valid and Grade Appropriate Missouri Teaching Certification (any level or content area allowed)
Summary:
- Teaching each class (1x/week) character traits and developing moral and ethical behavior in students.
- Provide immediate intervention for students experiencing behavioral difficulties causing an interruption to the educational environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents and school staff.
- Provide information and action plans to assist the student in making positive behavioral changes.
- Work collaboratively with students, parents and school staff in providing effective best practice strategies.
- Complete all required reporting related to student interventions and programs.
- Build effective, professional relationships with students, parents and school staff.
