As Digital Platform Reengineering Leader at Frost, you would:
- Create a strategy for reengineering the digital platform and create shared capabilities, including the money movement platform, document management, authentication, fraud etc.
- Identify opportunity to reuse and move to a cloud native architecture across the enterprise
- Implement a fraud and authentication platform with multiple business leaders to identify and prevent various types of payment fraud, account take over, and significantly improve the authentication experience
- Align the technology strategy to leverage cloud based open source technologies
- Detect new types of fraud and respond through effective mitigation and strategy
- Interact with different technology heads and senior leadership to ensure thorough security across all digital payment platforms
- Always take actions using integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
To be successful, you will need:
- 7-10 years of experience in digital platform reengineering and platforms such as Payments, Authentication and Fraud technologies
- 15 years in IT with increasing responsibility from hands on to large scale technology delivery leadership
- Demonstrated experience leading and motivating a large group of engineers
- Hands-on experience on multi-facet integration and real-time streaming architecture
- Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies; SpringBoot, Kafka, Service Mesh, Caching and other related technologies
- Demonstrated experience in a defining and implementing key organization wide strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An exceptional candidate might have:
- Experience with multiple different payment rails including ACH, RTP, swift, etc.
