Postal Specialist

Current Frost employees must apply using the Careers application in Workday (not through this site) Job Description As a Postal Specialist with Frost, you will be responsible for selling postal products, processing mail, and completing mail deliveries. Responsibilities will include sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing U.S. and internal mail, this includes picking up and delivering mail to designated areas within the bank; operating postal equipment for all outgoing mail to meet daily deadlines; operating bank vehicle for pick-ups and deliveries; providing normal, certified, registered, and insured mail services; preparing daily report of sales and complete inventory paperwork; ordering supplies to maintain appropriate inventory of postal products. The candidate will contact vendors and complete special requests for bank staff, including tracking and locating packages. Required: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a daily basis At least 21 years old with an acceptable driving record Valid Texas driver's license Proficient in Microsoft computer applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred: Previous experience in a postal environment Previous experience with mailroom equipment Work Hours: Required Availability: Sunday - Thursday, 4:30am-10:30am Our Most Important Relationship Starts Here Frost’s commitment to cultivate long-term relationships is one of the reasons we’re recognized as a premier employer in the financial services industry.
