Who you are: As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of contract security personnel that inspects and monitors Frost facilities, branches, and properties to ensure protection from intruders, fire hazards, theft, and vandalism. You will play an important role in the safety of our organization and customers. Our supervisors have a genuine care for people and consistently strive to lead with integrity, caring, and excellence. What you’ll do: Assist Security Managers with the implementation of Frost Security policies and procedures in compliance with governmental laws and regulations Respond to and investigate physical security incidents. Prepare detailed documentation and reports in a timely manner Assist in the coordination and communication with financial center management, facilities personnel, and Security Managers concerning security issues Assist in the implementation of emergency procedures to effectively respond to incidents, resolve problems, and request assistance from local authorities Supervise, coordinate, and validate the work of third-party vendors Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes What you’ll need: 2 years of experience in security management, law enforcement, or electronic security Ability to work nights and/or weekends with 24/7 on-call availability Valid Texas Driver’s License and the ability to operate a motor vehicle Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft computer applications Additional Preferred Skills: Associate’s degree in Business or Security Management Physical Security Professional (PSP) board certification Our Benefits: At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
