Frost Brown Todd LLC is currently seeking a full-time Litigation Support Manager to join our firm.
Job responsibilities include:

Managing the Litigation Support Team, including developing best practice procedures and coordinating daily staffing needs, assignment of eDiscovery-related projects, and yearly performance evaluations.

Developing strong relationships with attorneys and paralegals to assess case/client project needs, and vendors to assure best pricing and responsiveness on behalf of the Firm regarding new products and services for litigation support, practice support and electronic discovery.

Staying current with eDiscovery and Trial Support technology and recommending introduction of new tools and/or upgrades into the Firm as appropriate.

Promoting and educating attorneys and paralegals on current technologies and services via lunch demonstrations, practice group meetings, one-on-one visits, and new hire orientations.

Providing eDiscovery related consultation and analysis for attorneys and business professionals.

Performing billable Litigation Support tasks as needed.

Meeting and coordinating with other IT Department members on product installation, training and support.

Identifying and assisting the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in budgeting for litigation support and firm technology needs.
Requirements

5 years of eDiscovery/Litigation Support experience required.

5 years of management experience.

Knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model and the Litigation Life Cycle.

Must have working knowledge of the entire litigation support process to include database searching and reporting, scanning and coding procedures, electronic discovery management, document production and trial support.

Must have experience with electronic evidence and various document repositories.

Proficiency with applications such as Trial Director, CaseMap/TimeMap, Viewpoint, Relativity, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Experience with other assisted review technologies (e-mail threading, near duplicate analysis, etc.).

Strong technical, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

Ability to travel within the firm’s footprint and work extended hours, including nights and weekends.
