Overview

  • "Take responsibility for managing a module of work (or a small project 1-2 member team). Involved in client meetings and structuring analyses to answer critical client questions. Key goals include acting internally as a valuable contributor, developing expert status with middle management level client staff & start supporting business development tasks (proposals and client pitches)."

Responsibilities

  • The consulting analyst has to valuable contributor in delivering strategic consulting engagements for the healthcare & life sciences.
  • The consulting analyst need to work on varied HLS projects based on project requirements.
  • To contribute in global and Indian industry analysis, custom consulting, growth consulting (strategy consulting), market research, market forecasts and insights into emerging technologies and monitor the concerned and connected markets
  • The consulting analyst will hold partial responsibility for the work packages of select consulting engagements, ensuring the integrity of strategic & tactical recommendations and the development of detailed business/market strategies. The consulting analyst will serve as the key analyst on some projects, play a supporting research role and be part of project teams of internal consultants/analysts.
  • Teamwork – Contribute in project teams and ensure the integrity of work done from initial scoping discussions to completion. Confidently present and communicate project outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research and Strategic Evaluation - Develop market intellectual property and powerful, actionable strategic recommendations based on a profound understanding of the Client's markets/industry.

Client Relationship Management -

  • Author strategic market reports/presentations based upon focused industry research, whilst interpreting/analyzing key data and presenting accurate results at a senior level.
  • Fulfill consulting engagements as either a lead analyst or as a valuable subject matter expert as required by the specific engagement.
  • Develop client engagement skills by working closely with senior consulting team members of Frost & Sullivan.
  • Regular internal interactions, support work packages for client meetings to help mid-level managers.
  • Internal Development - Contribute to Frost & Sullivan's consulting offering, standards and processes.
  • Industry Management
  • At least participation in 2 Growth workshops for clients.
  • Consistently meeting client expectations on consulting fulfillment.
  • Domain Expertise
  • Act as an industry expert and advisory function.
  • Preparing content for conferences/Knowledge Partnership.
  • Industry Connect
  • Ongoing relationship with key Industry players as per guidance of senior management
  • Following up on developments of the selected key players in the Industry.

    Qualifications

    We’re looking for candidates who -

    The successful candidate will be a professional and committed business consultant, with a thorough understanding of consulting methodologies. Proven success with direct client interaction, business development, custom research project fulfilment and a pro-active, methodical and innovative working practice is essential, with a proven ability to deliver accurate results within a fast paced, client focused environment.

    • 4 – 7 years’ experience as a strategy consultant in Healthcare & Life sciences domain.
    • Detailed knowledge of industry trends and market behaviour.
    • Deep understanding of management frameworks
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Creative and strategic thinking skills with problem solving abilities.
    • Sound knowledge of financial analysis
    • Report writing skills
    • Knowledge and/or experience of the industry (an appreciation of the industry structure, operational practice, business functionalities and competitive landscape).
    • Client relationship management
    • Time management skills
    • Previous experience of mentoring, training and inspiring a team of consulting/research professionals.
    • Knowledge and/or experience of the industry (an appreciation of the industry structure, operational practice, business functionalities and competitive landscape).
    • Advanced ability to develop strong business relationships, collaborate with the sales function and establish continued client business
    • Candidates with consulting/market research experience from relevant industry or from a similar consulting industry will be preferred. A relevant post graduate qualification (Match, M.Sc., MBA) Master of Hospital Administration (Preferred)
    • Are Well-organized and detail-oriented
