Responsibilities
- Execute assigned activities that are part of consulting projects in Industrial markets, with a creative initiative to complete work on time and with high quality.
- Contribute by collecting, validating, analyzing, and synthesizing data to support engagement objectives.
- Successfully manage multiple tasks and responsibilities while balancing priorities and providing timely communication to colleagues and clients.
- Coordinate activities, produce work, and showcase technical, analytical, and problems solving skills, resulting in accurate and meaningful information that is ready for review by Project Leaders.
- Produce project deliverables with clear written communication, professional documentation, careful attention to detail, and high standards of excellence.
- Coordinate the project team to ensure on-time completion of project activities & milestones according to project objectives.
- Contribute to a work environment that is inclusive, respectful, and enjoyable
Required Competencies
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Interest in Industrial Markets Consulting or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities while balancing priorities and providing timely communication to colleagues and clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion, respect, and professionalism in the workplace.
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree / Masters in Business Studies
- Post-graduates or Mature candidates seeking learning experience in a research/ consulting environment
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- CGPA 3 above
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
