Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned activities that are part of consulting projects in Industrial markets, with a creative initiative to complete work on time and with high quality.  
  • Contribute by collecting, validating, analyzing, and synthesizing data to support engagement objectives.  
  • Successfully manage multiple tasks and responsibilities while balancing priorities and providing timely communication to colleagues and clients.  
  • Coordinate activities, produce work, and showcase technical, analytical, and problems solving skills, resulting in accurate and meaningful information that is ready for review by Project Leaders.  
  • Produce project deliverables with clear written communication, professional documentation, careful attention to detail, and high standards of excellence.  
  • Coordinate the project team to ensure on-time completion of project activities & milestones according to project objectives.  
  • Contribute to a work environment that is inclusive, respectful, and enjoyable  

Required Competencies

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Interest in Industrial Markets Consulting or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities while balancing priorities and providing timely communication to colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusion, respect, and professionalism in the workplace.
  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree / Masters in Business Studies 
  • Post-graduates or Mature candidates seeking learning experience in a research/ consulting environment 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply  
  • CGPA 3 above 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Are Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
  • Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Are disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards
  • Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
