Job Summary: We are looking for a Field Team Supervisor who manages and assists the field crew in moving, packing, wrapping, inventory, and transport of household goods for residential & commercial customers. They professionally represent the company while ensuring a positive customer experience. The job involves strategic planning when moving furniture, performing inside delivery for customers, and loading and unloading trucks or vans. The Team Supervisor acts as the leader while also assisting the crew in moving a wide variety of heavy materials and supplies.
What You’ll do:
- Perform introductions with your team and conduct an initial walk-through of the customer's home to discuss move plans with customers.
- Document by photo pre-existing damage to items to be EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE moved and pre-existing damage to buildings in the move.
- Disassemble and reassemble items during the move.
- Unload the truck into the home, all responsibilities during loading above apply during unloading.
- Maintain dialogue with customers & move team members during the move.
- Bill the customer, assist the customer with payment and confirm with the office that payment is received via text message.
What You’ll Need:
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Background Check: Must successfully pass a background screening.
- Drug Test: Pre-employment drug test required.
- Driver’s License: Must hold a valid driver’s license.
