Salesforce Email Campaign Specialist

The Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), is a 501(c)(6), not-for-profit entity, the only global cyber intelligence sharing community solely focused on financial services. Serving financial institutions and in turn their customers, the organization leverages its intelligence platform, resiliency resources and a trusted peer-to-peer network of experts to anticipate, mitigate and respond to cyber threats. FS-ISAC is headquartered in the US, with offices in Singapore, The Hague and London.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Salesforce Email Campaign Specialist to plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns to members and prospects. As a mid-level position, the ideal candidate will plan, develop, write and execute in channels to grow member engagement in programs, drive member and vendor prospect interest to the sales team. Candidate should be proficient in Salesforce and HubSpot campaigns, detail oriented, familiar with the financial services sector, possess good interpersonal skills and a desire to contribute to the growth of FS-ISAC.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Plan, write and execute holistic marketing campaigns to audience segments including member leads and prospects; vendors; members in entirety or segmented by vertical or other. Includes coordinating visual elements that support marketing efforts.
• Analyze and report campaign results through open and response rates; click-through rates on internal graphic elements; utilize data to improve or identify process improvements.
• Work closely with membership, business development, marcom, events and exercise teams.
• Participate in strategy and tactical discussions to inform company-wide marketing planning.
• Manage company-wide marketing campaign calendar.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Two to four years of business marketing.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Proven technical skills with campaigns; HubSpot campaigns a plus.
• Desire to gain expert understanding of types of financial services firms and verticals in the sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys working with people and contributing to company goals.
• Self-starter with attention to accuracy and quality in time-driven environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• College degree in marketing or related field; 3-5 years business marketing experience.
• Microsoft 365, Salesforce skills demonstrated; HubSpot experience a plus.

This position is seated in Reston, VA headquarters, however remote candidates considered.
