FSM Group, LLC, an aviation fuel management company with multiple locations in the US, has an immediate need for a Fueling Supervisor position for aircraft fueling at its new Dallas Love Field airport operation. The Fueling Supervisor position's primary duties include oversight of the Performance, Safety, and aircraft fueling personnel to reach optimal service results. This position requires a proven airport/aviation work history demonstrating Safety, Performance, and People Management achievements.
Essential Duties:
- Supervise team of aircraft fuelers.
- Fuel aircraft before departure using the airport fueling equipment.
- Communicate with flight team, airport dispatch team, and other airport/airline personnel as needed.
- Record and report the starting and final fueling data and dispensing data per aircraft using provided handheld electronic equipment or logs.
- Record and report flight data such as destination, flight number etc. as needed.
- Conduct safety checks on the service equipment such as fueling carts, hydrant carts, etc. as needed safely and responsibly handle all fueling hoses and equipment along with other airport fueling tools.
- Coach and train fuelers on performance and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage department morale, organization, customer standards, and administrative duties.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a federal fingerprint background check,
- Must be able to obtain and maintain airport security clearance and badge within reasonable timeframes,
- Documented prior work history,
- Proof of US work eligibility,
- Capable of lifting 50-80 pounds to fuel aircraft,
- Work overtime and meet airport certifications.
Preferred Requirements:
- Fueling experience on an airport ramp/military base,
- Aviation fuel safety knowledge,
- Prior supervisory experience,
- Ability to lead fuelers to meet the highest performance delivery standards,
- Ensures FSM standards are met uniformly and consistently while maintaining a respectful environment for all employees,
- Ability to train and motivate fuelers plus represent FSM professionally to all customers and airport officials.
