Position Overview : FSNB, N.A. is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Department Manager within the Branch Promotions department.

As a vital member of our team, you will oversee a team of Multi-Media Associates and play a key role in driving our promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase branch traffic.

Key Responsibilities : Supervise and support a team of Multi-Media Associates to execute promotional strategies effectively across various media channels.

Develop and implement innovative promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers, in alignment with the company's marketing objectives.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics to optimize promotional efforts and achieve departmental goals.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including retail and online accounts, to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.

Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to team members to foster their professional growth and development.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all promotional activities.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs.

Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and managerial skills.

Proficiency in programs such as Adobe CS4 After Effect, Premier Pro, Encore, Adobe CS5 Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash Professional, Fireworks, Bridge, InDesign, Publisher, and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize promotional activities.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
