One of our great clients in Liverpool, NY is looking for a Debt Collector!

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, normal business hours position. After a successful training/contract period, this individual will have the ability to work from home for 2 days per week and will be considered for long-term, direct-hire!

  • Minimum 6 months experience working as a third-party debt collector

What You'll Do

  • Call consumers to recover outstanding balances.
  • Meet or exceed required quotas by demonstrating a goal-oriented and confident approach.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to facilitate debt repayment arrangements.
  • Operate effectively within a fast-paced call center environment, managing multiple interactions efficiently.
  • Employ de-escalation techniques to address consumer issues and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Follow instructions accurately and retain pertinent information to ensure compliance with procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
