Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Division President to lead our startup homebuilding division in Panama City, FL. The Division President will be responsible for establishing and executing the division's strategic vision, driving growth, and delivering on operational objectives while managing all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the division's business plan, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and financial projections.
• Build and manage a high-performing team, including sales, construction, operations, warranty and administrative staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Oversee the division's homebuilding operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout the construction process.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to generate demand and achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor and analyze division performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, real estate, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7 years of senior leadership experience in the homebuilding industry, with a proven track record of success in startup or turnaround environments.
• Deep knowledge of the Panama City housing market, including local regulations, trends, and competitive landscape.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans and drive profitable growth.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and motivating high-performing teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
