Plant Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our production facility. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and a deep understanding of systems, quality control, supply chain management, and production management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, supply chain, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the plant
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and customer satisfaction
- Manage the plant budget, including forecasting expenses and allocating resources effectively
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and production staff
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and maximize productivity
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and manage inventory levels

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in plant or operations management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, production management, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
- Proficient in fabricating processes and equipment used in manufacturing operations
- Solid understanding of quality control principles and practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
