- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and requests
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including checkout lanes and displays
- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
- Follow all food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food products
- Assist with food preparation and packaging, as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the front end area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the food industry, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and handling procedures is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
