What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Business Support position at FUJIFILM?
The Head of Business Process Support will play a pivotal role in ensuring the functional planning and execution of Business Support services across the FDBN organization. Reporting to the FDBN site head, this role will serve as a member of the SLT and work across Finance, Legal, Communications, Procurement, and Project Services functions.
External US:- Implement and update processes, tools, and partnerships to create new and comprehensive solutions across all assigned areas.
- Ensure strategies are in place for Business Support areas such as Finance, Procurement, and Project Services and drive execution hereof to prepare site for ramp up.
- Transforms the way that our business operates through the development of partnerships with a high performing team of managers.
- Prioritize critical initiatives across the business, streamlining and removing obstacles as they are identified.
- Provide thought partnership, guidance and accountability for leaders in in the organization
- Identify areas for improvement, efficiency and implementation of best practices
- Support leaders at all levels by helping them be more effective within the span of their work
- Make connections and build relationships between cross functional stakeholders to further strategic goals
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field required. Master's degree in related field highly preferred.
- General understanding of finance/accounting and project management principles
- Strong leadership skills and ability to take ownership for the site and to gain the confidence of employees, leaders, stakeholders, etc.
- Proven innovation and initiative to anticipate, develop, and implement new procedures, processes, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations, identify and analyze problems, and develop options and recommendations for resolution.
- Proven ability to develop, analyze, organize, and execute project objectives to achieve organizational goals and implement strategic objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unusual, and new challenges to establish effective and efficient precedents.
- Adaptability to analyze and respond to continually changing work priorities and business methods.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with people of diverse racial, cultural and ethnic identities, styles, beliefs, and functional responsibilities; treat everyone with respect and dignity.
