The Role:
Responsible for developing and optimizing database models to store and retrieve customer data. They analyze system requirements, migrate data, and design data models.
The candidate should have created adequate technical documentation needed to implement the solution.
What you’ll do?
Develop and maintain the organization's data strategy and roadmap.- Define and design the overall data architecture to support business objectives.
- Identify data sources, determine data quality requirements, and establish data integration and ingestion processes.
- Design data models, schemas, and data flow diagrams for efficient and optimized data storage and retrieval.
- Establish data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Define and enforce data quality standards and data lifecycle management practices.
- Collaborate with data stewards to create and maintain data dictionaries, metadata repositories, and data lineage documentation.

- Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and workflows.
4. Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand analytical requirements.
- Design and implement data models and structures to support analytical needs.
- Develop strategies for data aggregation, analysis, and reporting.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval for analytical workloads.
5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to align data architecture with business goals.
- Communicate data architecture strategies, solutions, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to other team members.
