The
Role
As a Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in
developing and maintaining strategic relationships with external partners to
drive growth and mutual success. You will be responsible for identifying and
onboarding new partners, managing existing relationships, and collaborating
cross-functionally to ensure pipeline and revenue growth. The ideal candidate
possesses strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a
results-oriented approach.
What you'll do
Partner Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential partners based on strategic
alignment and business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for partner recruitment and
onboarding.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing
partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing
their needs and ensuring a positive collaboration.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans
and objectives.
- Align partner activities with the overall business strategy
of the company.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Ensure that partners have a comprehensive understanding of
the company's products or services.
- Provide training and resources to partners to enhance their
product knowledge and sales capabilities.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to
coordinate partner activities.
- Communicate partner needs and feedback internally to ensure
effective collaboration.
Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partners and
monitor their performance against set targets.
- Provide regular reports on partner performance and
contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
in the course of partner relationships.
- Ensure that partners receive the necessary support to
overcome challenges.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities,
and industry developments.
- Provide insights and recommendations to adapt partner
strategies in response to market changes.
