As our first Relationship Manager you will build relationships with institutional customers that span the prospect stage all the way through implementation, adoption, success and ongoing renewal. You will be expected to participate in the inbound sales process, helping interested prospects on their buying journey. You will become an expert at our product suite and help with everything from acceptance testing of new features to contributing in the product planning process. You will need to be an excellent communicator and able to explain complex technical topics in an understandable way.
Duties:
- Take ownership of existing customer relationships (medical schools, PA programs & hospitals)
- Promote utilization within customer institutions via email & phone to ensure highest likelihood of success
- Assist prospective customers in learning about the product and it’s capabilities
- Create and implement standard procedures for customer communications, including working alongside the marketing and product teams to draft messaging
- Communicate product changes and improvements to existing customers and prospects
- Develop relationships with key individuals within prospective and current customers
- Document all interactions in Hubspot while maintaining a minimum of 25 touches per day.
- Help drive product roadmap by thoroughly understanding and communicating customer needs
- Become an expert on the Full Code Platform and how it can be most effectively utilized
- Directly assist customers with the payment process inside their institutions
- Act as the voice of the customer at all levels within the company
Qualifications & Expertise:
- Minimum 2 years relevant prior work experience in a software context (in technical sales/support/success teams)
- Personable, friendly and inquisitive
- Ideally some background in the healthcare industry
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- Excellent at managing numerous concurrent tasks and goals
- Able to learn, understand and communicate about complex software systems
- Thoroughness and attention to detail in all work products
- Able to work in-person ~2.5 days a week in the Boston/Cambridge area
- Authorization to work in the United States
