This position is an exciting and challenging combination of marketing, sales and executive casino host responsibilities with significant performance incentives that include new customer acquisition, customer retention and reactivation and overall business growth and development as follows:
ACQUISITION: Responsible for: recruitment of new members for Bronco Billy’s Casino Mile High Rewards Player's Club. Engage in outside sales activities (conventions, shows, community events, trade associations, etc.) as needed. Call on businesses in market area (i.e., Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Canon City, etc.) to encourage group/employee outings and/or provide customized coupons for employees. Contact non-profit groups to set up fund raising bus trips for their organizations.
RETENTION: Responsible for cultivating and building player relationships. Responds promptly, pleasantly, and accurately to questions from VIP guests and ensures that all VIP guests receive the best possible customer service. Assists with marketing promotions to include participating in developing concepts, writing promotion rules and coordinating participation on the day of the promotions. Ensures all details of player visits are coordinated and complete (e.g., issue promotional gifts, arrange player reservations at hotel or restaurant as necessary). Regularly interact with customers one-on-one to enhance casino experience. Make personal calls for special occasions and events. Listens thoroughly to customer complaints, concerns, and suggestions and takes appropriate action. Provides leadership, promotes teamwork and positive attitude for co-workers to ensure excellent customer service experience.
GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT: Designs and implements growth strategies, events, and promotions. Hosts VIP events, both on-site and off-site. Assists with “Welcome Back” mailings and follow-up on new action players Encourages guests to participate in slot club membership and gaming events. Evaluates, analyzes, and issues comps to customers. Surveys customers’ experience and utilize results effectively.
REACTIVATION: Develops strategies to re-engage customers through direct mail, telemarketing, and special offers.
Annual salary $55k base salary based on experience plus significant performance incentives
