Description
The Project Manager helps to lead the operational team at Full Sail Media (Studio and Strategy) in completing projects within their set deadlines to uphold business initiatives and meet with client expectations. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this full-time role is primarily responsible for the oversight of each deliverable as it moves through the company workflow. Acting as a liaison between all departments and each client, the Project Manager is a client facing role.
Project Manager Responsibilities
· Creating long- and short-term plans, for each account, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
· Delegating tasks of the project to employees best positioned to complete them
· Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress the project
· Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple departments are assigned to the same project to assure synergy and collaboration
· Communicating with Marketing Director and Executive Sponsor to assure that objectives are being met with
· Performing quality control on the project(s) throughout the process to maintain standards expected
· Adjusting schedules and targets on the project(s) as needed to account delays or shifting expectations as they arise
· Managing and updating Monday.com daily, exploiting the many features of the program to provide maximum value to the organization
· Onboarding new deliverables and monitoring their progress through the workflow
· Communicating expectations with various members of the team on the delivery of assigned work
· Contribute meaningfully to all staff meetings
· Running the Tuesday account run down meeting each week
· Other duties as assigned
What success in the first 90 days looks like:
· Learn and contribute meaningfully to the optimization of Monday.com as a tool for tracking the various workflows of our team and the KPI’s of our clients.
· Develop an onboarding process for new clients that take into account the various departments contributions to the process.
· Develop a Discovery process that ensures proper development of KPIs for each client as they are onboarded into the larger workflow.
· Liaison with the executive sponsor and Marketing Director to ensure the proper execution of deliverables and the continued success of each client.
· Work with the Marketing Director to develop SLAs for the execution of deliverables as they enter the workflow.
· Monitor the successful adherence to SLAs by the operations team, ensuring that deliverables are met in a timely manner.
• Support the operations team in prioritizing new work as it enters the workflow to ensure best possible outcomes for our clients.
· Meet daily with the Marketing Director to debrief on the status of each workflow to monitor for delays and disruptions
