Job Posting for Business Development and Contact Center Team Lead at Full Smile Management
Overview: The Business Development and Contact Center Team Lead is responsible for managing strategic business development projects, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a team of contact center staff, ensuring the seamless functioning of daily operations while upholding patient satisfaction.
Duties:
Oversee the management of our contact center operations, including contact center representatives
Monitor and analyze contact center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Train, mentor, and provide ongoing training and coaching to contact center staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expand the company's patient base
Manage the referral process to build and maintain relationships with key providers and partners in order to generate new business opportunities
Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure they are up to date on services and company policies
Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Support new Contact Center software integration and maintenance in collaboration with IT
Conduct work in compliance with state, federal, and other accreditation regulations
Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Excellent leadership abilities and a proven track record of team management
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, providersand staff
Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements
Experience with healthcare industry preferred
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others
