We are seeking an experienced:
Marketing Assistant – Full-Time – Location: Southborough, MA
Responsibilities:
Contact Insurance Brokers in order to identify leads, gather information, verify details and set meetings
Explain Full Spectrum Software products and services to potential customers
Answer any questions a potential customer may have
Obtain prospect information from leads generated by brokers
Follow-up with phone calls/e-mails to potential customers
Regularly communicate with the department head to discuss potential customers and leads
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet with prospective customers
Communicate all concerns and issues to the department head
Perform other responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but experience will be considered
At least two years of experience in Sales and Marketing
Good communication/negotiation skills
Ability to persuade potential clients
Good time management skills
Self-motivated with a high-energy level
This position has a competitive base salary and commissions based on meetings set and eventual sales made.
