**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of customer service representatives.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and lead the customer service team to provide exceptional service

- Interview, hire, and train new customer service representatives

- Oversee team management, including scheduling and performance evaluations

- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner

- Monitor pricing strategies and promotions to maximize sales

- Implement sales management strategies to drive revenue growth

**Skills:**

- Proven experience (5 years ) in managing a customer service team

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience in training staff

- Sales management expertise is a plus
