Inventory Control Clerk

Shift: ALL
Pay: $15.50/HR
JOB SUMMARY: The Shipping Clerk will handle customer service, follow up, order entry, contacting several carriers, check status on shipments, entered information into spreadsheet, print inventory reports, and detailed documentation. Other duties will include general office administration, CHEP pallet tracking, and MS Office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Account for documentation which has been identified to support the business, BRC, CFR 110 & CFR 111 initiatives.
- Works with shipping supervisor, lead and forklift drivers to ensure all documentation is being completed and filed accordingly.
- Tracking of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Confirm all orders are filled out correctly.
- Track the date of delivery, the weight of the shipment.
- Responsible for preparing shipping invoices.
OTHER IMPORTANT DUTIES:
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel and MS Office
- Previous Shipping Software experience is a pref
