Date Posted:Job DescriptionRole and Responsibilities Processing and completing work orders.

• Contacting the client to ascertain their needs.
• Ordering equipment supplies, repair modules, parts, and sundries for the order.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial & residential structures.
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals
• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required.
• Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.
• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems and performing warranty services
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Installing climate control system, refrigeration units, and beverage equipment.
• Observing and testing newly installed systems
• Troubleshooting refrigeration equipment failures
• Replacing worn seals, outer shells, and worn-out motors
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform regular maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment
• Knowledge with working on Natural Gas and Propane.
• Understand and reading electrical Wiring Diagrams
• Knowledge on how to use a Voltmeter

Qualifications and Education RequirementsPreferred education & training in the above areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.60 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Experience level:

• 3 years

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Work setting:

• In-person

• Eugene, OR: Relocate before starting work (Required)
